What the service is

LabelCropper is a tool for cropping, captioning, sorting and merging shipping-label PDFs from Meesho, Flipkart, Snapdeal and AJIO, and for merging ordinary PDFs. It runs as a static web page in your own browser. All processing happens on your own device.

Cropping, merging and exporting are free and unmetered, with no limit on how many labels you put through them. A paid plan adds the sorting modes, the dispatch summaries, the removal of non-mandatory label detail, and the SKU caption and your own message on every label rather than on the first five of each day. Your files remain yours

We claim no rights over anything you open. Equally, we take no custody of it: because your files are never uploaded, we cannot recover, resend or restore them for you. Keep your originals.

Check before you print

Label detection is automatic and, on an unfamiliar layout, imperfect. A page LabelCropper does not recognise is left uncropped and flagged rather than cut to the wrong shape — but you remain responsible for checking the output before you print and ship it. Use the preview.

Provided as is

LabelCropper is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will handle every label layout correctly. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use — including misprinted labels, misdirected parcels, wasted stock or lost sales.

Plans, payments and cancellation

A plan is a one-off prepaid purchase for a fixed term — one month, three months or one year, as chosen at checkout. It is not a recurring mandate: nothing is auto-debited, no card or UPI authority is held for future use, and your plan simply ends on its expiry date unless you choose to buy again. There is, in other words, no standing payment to cancel.

Once a payment has gone through it cannot be cancelled, and the amount is not refundable — in whole or in part, and whether or not the remaining term has been used. This includes changing your mind, buying the wrong plan length, buying while a trial was still running, and no longer needing the tool. Please use the seven-day trial, which needs no card and no payment, to decide whether a plan is right for you before you buy one.

Two things are not covered by the above, and you should write to us about either: a payment that was charged more than once for the same order, and a payment debited where access was not granted. Those are errors rather than cancellations, and we will correct them. Get in touch with the invoice number.

Buying a further plan adds its term to whatever you have left, so renewing early costs you nothing. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the prevailing rate and shown before you pay; a tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Acceptable use

Use it for labels and documents you are entitled to handle.
Do not use it to break the law, or the terms of the marketplace whose labels you are processing.
Do not represent it as your own product or service.

Availability and changes

The tool is offered without any guarantee of continued availability. Features may change, and these terms may be updated; the date below tracks that. Continuing to use LabelCropper after a change means you accept it.

If we withdraw the service altogether while you hold an unexpired paid plan, we will refund the unused part of that term. That is the one circumstance in which money is returned, and it exists because the failure would be ours rather than a change of mind.
