How Rearrange PDF Pages works

A scanner that fed pages out of order, a document with two sheets photographed upside down, a report with an appendix that belongs at the front — all the same job: the content is right and the order is not. Every page becomes a tile you can drag, and the export follows the grid.

    Drop the PDF

    Every page appears in the grid as a thumbnail. More than one file is fine — their pages join the same grid.

    Drag pages into order

    Move any page anywhere. Keyboard dragging works too, so the grid is usable without a mouse.

    Rotate and delete

    Turn pages a quarter at a time in either direction, and delete anything that should not be in the finished document. Undo and redo cover every step.

    The new PDF follows the grid exactly, under a timestamped name.

Your files stay on your computer

Every one of these tools runs inside the browser tab. The PDF is read on your own machine, the new file is written there, and neither is ever sent to a server — so your customers’ names, phone numbers and delivery addresses never leave your computer. Signing in decides whether the tools run, not afterwards, and it is why the tool keeps working with the network switched off.

What does this PDF page organiser cost?

Cropping, merging and exporting are free forever, with no label limit, and the free tier sorts your stack into courier piles. Plans start at ₹199 a month plus GST and add the picking order inside each pile, sorting by colour or size, the dispatch summaries, and the SKU caption on every label rather than the first five of each batch. Every visitor also gets seven days of the paid features to try, with no card.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is read in the browser tab and the rearranged file is written there too. Nothing leaves your computer.

Can I rotate pages as well as reorder them?

Yes. Select any page or group of pages and turn them a quarter at a time in either direction. Rotation is saved into the exported PDF.

Can I delete pages I do not want?

Yes, and you can undo it if you change your mind. The original file on disk is never modified — the export is a new file.

Can I combine pages from several PDFs?

Yes. Drop as many files as you like and their pages all join the same grid, so you can interleave them freely.
