What is worth writing about
- A label that cropped wrongly. The most useful report there is — it usually means a layout the detector has not seen.
- A marketplace you want supported. Meesho, Flipkart, Snapdeal and AJIO work today; others are a matter of learning their layout.
- Anything that lost you time. Slow on a big export, a sort order that does not match how you pick, a caption too small to read across the bench.
- A payment or an invoice. A charge taken twice for one order, or taken without the plan being granted, is an error and we will correct it — quote the invoice number. We can also send a GST invoice again if you have lost it.
What to include
Say which marketplace and which courier the label came from, and what you expected instead of what you got. That is usually enough to reproduce it.
Please do not attach a real label. It carries a customer's
name, address and phone number, and we do not want it. A description of what
went wrong is more useful than the file anyway — and if a sample really is
needed, black those fields out first.
