How Crop PDF Pages works
The marketplace tools on this site work the crop out for themselves, because a Meesho sheet and a Flipkart sheet each have a shape that can be measured. An ordinary PDF has no such shape, so this is the manual counterpart: you draw the rectangle, and the pages you selected are all cut to it.

Drop the PDF
Every page appears in the grid. More than one file is fine — their pages share the grid.

Select the pages to crop
Click a page, or Select all. Pages that need trimming usually need the same trimming, which is why the crop applies to the whole selection rather than one page at a time.

Drag the area to keep
The preview dims everything the crop will discard, so what you are left with is what you can see at full brightness. The kept size is shown in millimetres as you drag.

Apply, and change your mind freely
The crop is stored against the page rather than written into the file, so undo works and Remove crop puts the full page back. The PDF on your disk is never modified.

The cropped pages are written to a new PDF under a timestamped name.

Your files stay on your computer
Every one of these tools runs inside the browser tab. The PDF is read on your own machine, the new file is written there, and neither is ever sent to a server — so your customers’ names, phone numbers and delivery addresses never leave your computer. Signing in decides whether the tools run, not afterwards, and it is why the tool keeps working with the network switched off.

What does this PDF cropper cost?
Cropping, merging and exporting are free forever, with no label limit, and the free tier sorts your stack into courier piles. Plans start at ₹199 a month plus GST and add the picking order inside each pile, sorting by colour or size, the dispatch summaries, and the SKU caption on every label rather than the first five of each batch. Every visitor also gets seven days of the paid features to try, with no card.
Can I crop every page at once?
Yes. Choose Select all, then draw the box once — it is applied to the whole selection. That is the normal way to trim a scanned document with a consistent margin.
Does cropping delete the content outside the box?
It stops it printing and stops it showing. The crop is applied as the page's crop box when the new PDF is written, which is how PDF cropping works everywhere — it is not a redaction, so do not use it to hide sensitive information.
Can I undo a crop?
Yes, in two ways: undo steps it back like any other change, and Remove crop in the dialog clears it outright. Your original file is never touched either way.
Why can I not crop a marketplace label batch?
Because those already crop themselves, from the markings on the page. A hand-drawn box over the top of a measured one is a way to cut the barcode off a label that was already correct, so the tools keep to their own geometry.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read in the browser tab and the cropped file is written there too. Nothing leaves your computer.
