How Merge PDF works

This is the plain-PDF half of LabelCropper: the same page grid the label tools use, with none of the label handling. No detection, no caption, no dispatch sort — just the files you dropped, as pages you can arrange, and one PDF at the end.

Your files stay on your computer

Every one of these tools runs inside the browser tab. The PDF is read on your own machine, the new file is written there, and neither is ever sent to a server — so your customers’ names, phone numbers and delivery addresses never leave your computer. Signing in decides whether the tools run, not afterwards, and it is why the tool keeps working with the network switched off.

What does this PDF merger cost?

Cropping, merging and exporting are free forever, with no label limit, and the free tier sorts your stack into courier piles. Plans start at ₹199 a month plus GST and add the picking order inside each pile, sorting by colour or size, the dispatch summaries, and the SKU caption on every label rather than the first five of each batch. Every visitor also gets seven days of the paid features to try, with no card.

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. The files are read inside the browser tab and the merged PDF is built there too. Nothing is transmitted, stored or logged, which is why it still works with the network off.

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

As many as your machine has memory for. There is no artificial cap.

Can I change the page order before merging?

Yes. Every page appears in a grid and can be dragged, rotated or deleted before you export.

Do I need this for my label batches?

No. A label batch from any of the marketplace tools is already combined as part of the crop — merging is not a second job afterwards. This page is for PDFs that are not labels.
