Cropping is free forever, with no label limit. A plan adds the sorting, the summaries and the caption on every label — the things that make a big dispatch quick — with no per-label charges, no per-seat pricing, and no separate fee for each marketplace.

The free tier has no time limit and no label limit. Crop, merge and export as much as you like, for as long as you like, with no card and no sign-up. Every new visitor also gets seven days of the paid features to try.

One thing is limited: the caption. Without a plan, the SKU caption and your own message print on the first 5 labels of every batch — the rest of the stack is still cropped, sorted and exported, just without them. It is not a daily count and nothing runs out: every batch you drop gets the same first five. Everything else about the free tier is unmetered.

All prices are exclusive of GST, charged at 18%. The Total payable column is what your card or bank is debited. A proper GST invoice is issued for every payment and downloads automatically once it goes through — you can get it again any time from this page or your account menu. Registered buyers can add a GSTIN at checkout to claim input credit; it is optional, and everything works the same without one.

Plans are prepaid and non-refundable. Once a payment goes through it cannot be cancelled and the amount is not returned, including for an unused part of the term. Nothing auto-renews, so there is no standing payment to cancel either — a plan simply ends unless you buy again. Try the free seven-day trial first: it needs no card and gives you every paid feature. Questions

Do I need an account?

Not to use the free tier, and not for the seven-day trial either — both start the moment you open a tool. You only need to sign in when you want to pay, because a subscription belongs to an account rather than to a device: that is what lets it follow you from the warehouse PC to your phone.

Are my files uploaded now that there is a subscription?

No, and that has not changed. Your PDFs are opened, cropped and saved entirely inside your own browser. Paying gives you access to the tools; it does not send us your documents. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is and is not stored.

What happens when my plan runs out?

Nothing stops. You drop back to the free tier and can carry on cropping, merging and exporting as much as you like. What goes quiet until you renew is the picking order inside each courier pile, sorting by colour or size, the summary pages, and the caption beyond the first five labels of a batch — grouping the stack by courier carries on as normal. Nothing you have already exported is affected — those files are on your own computer and were never anywhere else.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Buying another plan adds its time to whatever you have left, so renewing early never loses you days you have already paid for.

Can I cancel my plan or get a refund?

There is nothing to cancel: a plan is a one-off prepaid purchase, not a recurring mandate, so nothing is ever auto-debited and no payment authority is kept. Your plan simply ends on its expiry date unless you buy again.

A payment that has gone through, however, cannot be cancelled and is not refundable — including the unused part of a term, and including a plan bought by mistake or while a trial was still running. That is why the seven-day trial needs no card: it is there so you can be sure before you pay. If a payment was taken twice for one order, or taken without access being granted, that is an error rather than a cancellation — tell us and we will fix it. See the Terms & Conditions.

How do I pay?

Through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
